TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of atoverland.com, our connected Shopify store, and forms we provide or link to for our services, including the Build & Price form (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Adventure Trailers, Inc. dba AT Overland Equipment (“AT Overland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or submitting a request or order after these Terms have been made available to you, you agree to the applicable Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or order or otherwise use the Site. Your purchase may also be subject to additional terms presented to you and accepted as part of that transaction.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. We also use service providers, including Formester, to support forms and related services.
ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
To submit a Build & Price request or place an order, you must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live. If acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to act on their behalf. Provide accurate information and use only contact details you are authorized to provide.
PERMITTED USE OF THE SITE
You may use the Site to learn about our products, request estimates, and conduct legitimate transactions. Do not use it unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit fraudulent requests, introduce malicious software, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit Site content without permission, except as permitted by law.
SITE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION
We work to provide accurate information, but errors, interruptions, and outdated content can occur. Product photographs, colors, and illustrations may differ from actual products or show optional equipment. Contact us to confirm specifications that are important to your selection.
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue Site features. Changes to the Site do not eliminate our obligations under accepted orders, applicable warranties, or law.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ADVERTISED PRICING
Products, options, promotions, and advertised prices may change. Availability shown online does not guarantee inventory or production capacity. Promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility, availability, and expiration conditions. Changes to advertised prices do not automatically change the price of an accepted order; accepted orders remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law.
BUILD AND PRICE TERMS
This section applies to the Build & Price form and the estimate or summary it produces. The other applicable provisions of these Terms also apply.
Estimate only
The form provides a preliminary estimate based on the unit, size, options, and information you select. Submitting it does not place an order, require you to purchase, authorize a payment, reserve inventory, or secure a production or installation date. An emailed copy or automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance of an order.
Pricing and additional charges
AT Overland must review and confirm pricing before an order is accepted. Unless specifically listed as included, the estimate excludes applicable taxes, shipping or delivery, installation labor, duties, registration costs, and vehicle modifications. An option identified as including installation includes only the installation described for that option. Discounts apply only when confirmed and eligible under the offer’s terms.
Estimates may change because of selection changes, pricing or calculation errors, availability, or additional work identified during review. A generated estimate does not lock in a price. Any price guarantee or expiration date must be stated in a separate written quote from AT Overland.
Vehicle fitment and option compatibility
Provide accurate vehicle year, make, model, trim, bed dimensions, and relevant modifications. The ability to select a unit, size, or option does not establish that it will fit your vehicle or work with every other selection. This includes selecting a unit size different from your truck’s stated bed size. AT Overland must review fitment, mounting needs, and option combinations before accepting the build.
Review the final written specifications with our team. Standard equipment can vary by model and size. Only equipment identified in the agreed order is included; images or form summaries may not show every detail.
Submission emails and personal follow-up
We send an automatic email copy of your submission to the email address you provide. By selecting the form’s consent checkbox, you authorize AT Overland Equipment to contact you personally by email or phone at the information provided about your submission, including selections, pricing, compatibility, and next steps.
This permission does not enroll you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign and does not authorize marketing texts, automated marketing calls, or prerecorded marketing messages. Any separate enrollment requires its own applicable consent process.
You may ask us to stop follow-up about your request at any time by replying to our email, telling the team member who contacts you, or using the contact details in Section 21. We will honor that request. If you separately place an order, necessary order, service, or safety communications may still be provided as permitted by law.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Provide complete and current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and promptly notify us of material errors.
The order process will identify applicable payment requirements and how acceptance is confirmed. A Build & Price submission is not part of checkout and is not an accepted order. For custom builds, final specifications, payment requirements, and scheduling arrangements must be confirmed through our sales team.
Subject to applicable law and accepted agreements, we may decline or limit orders because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product restrictions, or inability to fulfill them. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund amounts due for the canceled goods or services as required by law. Authorized dealer and distributor transactions may be governed by separate agreements.
BUILD CHANGES AND SCHEDULING
Requested changes to a build require our review and written confirmation. Changes may affect price, compatibility, materials, production, installation, or delivery. A request alone does not change an accepted order. Any additional charges and revised arrangements must be agreed before the change is implemented.
Production, installation, and shipping dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. If delays occur, we will provide notices and cancellation or refund options when required by law or the accepted order terms. Deposits, cancellations, and special-order conditions are governed by the terms disclosed and agreed for the transaction; submitting the Build & Price form does not create a deposit or cancellation fee.
SHIPPING RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping arrangements, damage reporting, return authorization, and refund procedures are addressed in our Shipping and Returns policy and any applicable terms agreed for your order. Review them before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms removes a remedy or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.
INSTALLATION AND SAFE USE
Follow the applicable installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Confirm your vehicle’s payload, axle, tire, and other operating limits, including the weight of occupants, cargo, installed equipment, and fluids. Installing a camper or accessory does not increase the vehicle manufacturer’s ratings.
Discuss vehicle modifications and intended use with our team before finalizing a build. Use qualified installers where required by the product instructions or the work involved. These responsibilities do not reduce our obligations for our products, representations, or installation services under applicable law.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Products are covered by the applicable written warranties and any protections required by law. Our Warranty Information page describes coverage for AT-made components and explains that third-party components carry their respective manufacturers’ warranties. Review the warranty applicable to your product before purchasing.
These Terms do not replace, shorten, or cancel an applicable written warranty or disclaim any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Website disclaimers below apply to the Site itself and do not make warranted products “as is.”
THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND EXTERNAL LINKS
We use third-party services to operate the Site, process transactions, and collect requests. Their availability may depend on the provider. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; review those websites’ terms and privacy notices when using them. We do not control independent websites or their content. Using a service provider does not remove our own obligations to you.
FEEDBACK AND SUBMITTED MATERIALS
If you voluntarily send suggestions or general feedback about our products or Site, you permit us to use that feedback to improve our business without an obligation to pay you, unless we agree otherwise. Submit only material you have the right to share, and do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
This feedback permission does not grant unrestricted rights to your personal information, private correspondence, Build & Price details, or customer photographs. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Any separate permission to publish customer photos or testimonials will be addressed when requested.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information submitted through forms. Agreement to these Terms does not by itself authorize every type of marketing communication. Build & Price contact permission is described in Section 5 and obtained through the form’s checkbox. Any separate SMS program is subject to its own disclosures and applicable consent requirements.
ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We may correct mistakes in descriptions, pricing, availability, calculations, and other Site information. If an error affects your request or order, we will explain the correction and any proposed change. We will not treat these Terms as permission to charge an additional amount without your agreement. Corrections, cancellations, and refunds involving accepted orders remain subject to the agreed order terms and applicable law.
WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its general informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. This disclaimer does not exclude liability for misleading statements where prohibited by law, limit applicable product warranties, or remove our obligations under accepted orders.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AT Overland and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product or our negligence, breach of an applicable warranty, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a stated exclusion, it applies only to the extent allowed there.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AT Overland for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of another person’s rights, or intentional or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not extend to claims caused by our negligence, misconduct, or breach of our own obligations. We will notify you of a claim for which we seek indemnification and provide a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense.
SUSPENSION AND SEVERABILITY
We may restrict or suspend Site access for fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms. Suspension does not eliminate rights or obligations relating to accepted orders, refunds, warranties, or obligations already incurred. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, applicable policies made available to you, and any terms separately agreed for a transaction govern the relevant relationship. A specific written agreement for an order controls over conflicting general Site terms for that order. Applicable warranty terms control warranty coverage. Nothing here excludes rights, representations, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Arizona law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. An update does not retroactively change an accepted order, reduce an existing warranty, or expand contact permission you previously provided. Review the current Terms before submitting a new request or order.
