Adventure Trailers, Inc., doing business as AT Overland Equipment (“AT Overland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit atoverland.com, use our connected online store or forms, request a Build & Price estimate, make a purchase, or communicate with us about our products and services (collectively, our “Services”).
Personal information means information that identifies you, relates to you, or can reasonably be linked to you. This policy describes our information practices; it does not itself enroll you in marketing communications or replace a consent choice presented in a form.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide
Depending on your interaction with us, we collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address; order details such as products, payment and transaction information, delivery instructions, and purchase history; and correspondence, photos, or documents you provide for questions, support, returns, or warranty requests.
For Build & Price submissions, we collect the vehicle details you enter, such as year, make, model, trim, and bed size; your selected camper, topper, flatbed, accessories, or other options; the resulting estimate; and any comments or preferences you submit. We also collect the contact permissions and other choices you make in our forms, together with available submission records such as dates and times.
Payment information is processed through the payment providers used for your transaction. The information available to us depends on the payment method and provider. Please do not enter payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in Build & Price comments or general inquiry fields.
Information collected automatically
When you use our Services, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, time zone, cookie or similar identifiers, referral source, pages or products viewed, and interactions with our website and forms. We collect this information through cookies, log files, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
Information from service providers
We may receive information from providers that support our store, forms, payments, delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer communications, such as payment status, delivery status, form submissions, and website activity reports.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information to prepare and review estimates; discuss product selection, vehicle compatibility, pricing, and next steps; process payments and fulfill orders; coordinate delivery or installation; provide customer service, returns, and warranty assistance; and maintain related business records.
We also use information to operate and improve our Services, understand website activity, detect fraud or misuse, protect our systems, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and document communication preferences. Where permitted by law and subject to your choices, we use information to send product news or promotions and measure advertising performance.
BUILD AND PRICE COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit a Build & Price form, we use your email address to send you a copy of your submission automatically. Our team may then contact you personally by email or phone about your request, consistent with the permission you provide. This follow-up may address your selected products, pricing, fitment, availability, and next steps.
Submitting a Build & Price request does not automatically subscribe you to an ongoing marketing email or text campaign. You can ask us to stop follow-up by replying to our email, telling our representative, or using the contact details below. Stopping follow-up does not necessarily require deletion of records we must retain for another lawful purpose.
HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate our business and deliver the Services. These include providers of e-commerce, form hosting, payments, email and business communications, data storage, shipping, website analytics, and advertising services.
Shopify hosts our online store and processes information associated with store visits and transactions. Formester hosts and processes submissions for forms we operate through its platform, including Build & Price. Google Analytics helps us understand website activity. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, or property; to investigate fraud or misuse; or at your request or with your permission. Advertising-related disclosures are described below.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be handled by service providers as needed to deliver and support communications, or disclosed where required by law.
COOKIES AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Cookies and similar technologies support site functionality, remember preferences, measure website use, and may support personalized advertising. We may use advertising services such as Meta, Google, and Microsoft to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness, subject to applicable law and your choices.

Provider controls may apply only to a particular account, device, or browser and may not stop all advertising or data collection. They do not replace any privacy rights you can exercise directly with us.
Browser privacy signals
Traditional “Do Not Track” browser settings are different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. We do not change our practices solely in response to a traditional Do Not Track setting. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, we process it as an opt-out request within the scope required by that law.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND COMMUNICATION CHOICES
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to our business, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. You may also have rights concerning sensitive information, significant automated decisions, an authorized agent, or an appeal of a denied request, where applicable.
Contact us using the details below to make a request or appeal. We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority, using information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Rights are subject to legal exceptions, and we will respond within applicable time limits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by law. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator.
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. For texts, reply STOP or tell us you wish to stop receiving them. We may still send necessary communications about an existing order or service where permitted by law.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on active inquiries or orders, warranty and service needs, accounting and tax obligations, security, and applicable periods for resolving disputes.
Inquiry records are retained for their continuing business purpose. Order, payment, warranty, and service records may need to be kept longer. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records to document your choices and prevent unwanted contact after other information is deleted. Deletion requests are subject to lawful retention exceptions.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use appropriate care when sending personal information to us.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
AT Overland is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your country of residence. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, we use the required lawful transfer arrangements. You may contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your data.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE EEA AND UK
Where EU or UK GDPR applies, AT Overland is the controller for its own business processing. Our legal bases are steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract, including estimates and orders; legal obligations, including recordkeeping; legitimate interests in support, security, and business improvement where not overridden by your rights; and consent where required, including for certain marketing and tracking.
You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Without information necessary for an inquiry or order, we may be unable to provide that service. You may exercise applicable rights or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
CHILDREN
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
