What is the Warranty?

It’s pretty simple, really. Our products are carefully built to high standards by our skilled team. We warranty the components we make for 10 years, and we choose our parts & components suppliers wisely - their parts carry their own manufacturer’s warranties (because we like people who back their stuff, too).

If you do something beyond normal wear and tear - like run into a tree, drop your camper off a cliff, lose control of your chainsaw, or get sideswiped by a bison having a bad day - that’s on you. We’ll still enjoy hearing the story (bonus points for photos) and do our best to help you get it back into shape.

Also, please don’t neglect your rig. If you treat it like a forgotten houseplant, never clean it, or let new lifeforms start colonizing inside, that’s on you too. Dirt, mold, insect infestation, and mysterious odors etc. aren’t covered - though we do admire your dedication to Bioscience.

And of course, uncontrollable acts of nature - floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, or raccoon uprisings - are outside warranty coverage. But if your camper survives any of that and you make a film about it, we’d love to be in the credits.
