Designed as the ideal foundation for the Aterra XLF Camper and other premium flatbed campers, the AFS provides the structural integrity and off-road capability required for true backcountry travel.
Unlike generic, one-size-fits-all flatbeds, the AFS is precision-engineered specifically for Ram and Ford Cab Chassis platforms. Every detail from mounting geometry to material selection is designed to maximize chassis compatibility, structural performance, frame longevity, and confidence in extreme terrain.

  • 31.5" long x 61" tall bed-wide forward garage box with gull wing door access on both driver & passenger side.
  • 15.5" long x 44" tall spare tire mount inside garage box that can accomodate up to a 42" tire.
  • 32" long x 16" tall x 11" wide rear lower boxes with lanyard door on both sides.
  • All the above storage compartments are weather sealed and lockable with the same key.
  • Room under flatbed to fit compressor and air tanks.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

  • 60" long x 3.5" tall x 23" wide rear underbody drawer box.
  • Hidden stairs for Aterra camper under the flatbed.
  • 3-point articulating subframe for off roading.

Vehicle-Specific Engineering

  • Designed specifically for Ram 3500/4500 and Ford F-350/F-450 Cab Chassis, all cab styles

Advanced Frame Mounting

  • Proprietary mounting system places loads in compression/tension, which is up to 40% stronger than traditional shear-loaded bolt designs
  • Reduces the risk of frame hole elongation, fastener fatigue, and long-term damage
  • Flatbed and garage box are independently mounted, allowing the truck chassis to flex and beam as intended

Urethane-Isolated Load Bearing

  • Flatbed mounted on 6 independent mounting points, each configurable with one or two urethane bushings each to match camper/load weight
  • Garage box mounted on 4 urethane-isolated points
  • Minimizes vibration transfer and prevents metal fatigue common in rigid or hard-mounted flatbeds

Built for Serviceability & Integration

  • Captive fasteners throughout for true single-tool assembly and disassembly
  • In-bed captive mounting points designed and matched to the Aterra XLF Camper
  • No external turnbuckles, no helpers underneath - fast, secure, and repeatable Aterra XLF camper installation
